Try stopping and doing other types of art work, give it a rest
Try joining a new group or social situation, writing about this

Here I will discuss how I develop characters for my three novels, using the character from my
third instalment "Evan" as an example of idea and thoughts. Using "Evan" to show how my main character was determined, and how you may introduce and determine your own character in your fictional novel or story.
First of all have thoughts about "Who is your character, what does your character value and what type of personality do

Proofreading Tips #4: Who/Whom/Whose
Pronouns come in subjective, objective, and possessive forms (there are more, but these are the three we shall focus on). We seem to understand this until we want to use the word "who."
Recall that a subjective pronoun is the subject of a sentence (naturally), whereas an objective pronoun is the thing receiving the verb/action ("she passed the salt to me"--where "she" is the subjective pronoun and "me" is the objective pronoun). Proofreading Tips #1: Redundancies
Have you ever thought about how redundantly we speak in every day conversation? Sometimes this passes into our writing. For graduates especially, we are unfortunately trained to add extra "padding" into our text to reach a desired word count.
Word redundancies (known as pleonasms and sometimes given the nickname of "baby puppies") are one such way. Proofreading Tips #2 Semicolon Conjunctive Adverbs
...Wow, that's a mouthful! These suckers are used to attach two independent clauses as one single sentence. Many people have confusion about when to use commas, semicolons, and colons. Semicolon conjunctive adverbs are helpful to emphasize the relationship between two thoughts (as opposed to separate sentences). Editing your writingSo, there are a lot of tutorials for writing; tutorials for character's names, personalities, storylines, and everything else under the sun. Don't get me wrong, some of those tutorials are pure gold. But, and keep in mind I'm no avid tutorial-reader and I haven't read all of them, I have yet to find one about editing. And it's about as important as the actual writing, because what's the writing if you can't read it? So, here I am, making one. If you've already read this far into the introduction, do me and you a favour, and read the rest of it, you might find some of it useful and I won't just be talking in a void. Please?

Whether you agree with my main viewpoints or not, I think the point that everyone can agree upon is this: writing a believable romance is tricky.

Romance describes the pleasurable feelings one experiences when in love; specifically, emotions over libido is what counts in romance. haha this is something that happens to me ALL the time...my flights of fancy make me wish life could be given to a sketch or storybook character and not only living and breathing here in my mind.

This, I really really like. It's not exactly how characters happen with me - is more they turn up and start telling me I'm writing them wrong and they're moving in to make sure I get them right in future - but it's close enough that it rings very very true. Very nice piece.
